Trains to Phnom Penh depart from Sihanoukville Railway Station.

Trains to Poipet depart from Phnom Penh Railway Station.

To continue your journey by train to Bangkok you need to leave the train at Poipet Railway Station and cross the Thailand/Cambodia border on foot.

You can then resume your train journey to Bangkok at Aranyaprathet Railway Station.

The final stop on the Eastern Train Line from Aranyaprathet is Bangkok Railway Station.
